How to Book
These can be booked yourselves through Cardiff Met's Connect2 system. Here you can login as yourself, check room availability and manage your own bookings too.
Once you have signed into your account, click on Book Study Rooms.
You will then see a list of study rooms at Cyncoed and Llandaff so please ensure you choose the right campus.
You can check the availability of the rooms by choosing the Check Availability option or proceed to Create Booking.
Next you will see a calendar type layout with all free periods in white. When you click on a start time the booking will automatically enter a 2 hour session for you. This can be changed manually if you want a shorter session.
When you are happy with the booking, click Next. You will see a Verify Booking status page so please check your details before clicking on Submit. You will subsequently be sent a confirmation email to your student email address.
Also new for 2016 is that you can now make 2 x 2hr bookings per day. You can also renew your booking within 15 minutes of it ending if nobody else has booked the room.
You can also log in to the system and cancel your booking if you are unable to make the session or if you no longer need the room.
