When will I get Office 365 Mail?

In order to minimise disruption we are upgrading users on a department by department basis, a calendar of upgrade dates will be displayed on this page.  You will also be contacted by Information Services prior to being moved to confirm that the time scheduled is convenient.

A schedule for upgrades can be found here

If you do not use any shared mailboxes or resources and wish to be upgraded earlier then contact the IT Helpdesk who may be able to priorities your move.

If you use shared mailboxes and calendars, or share your mailbox or calendar with others, they will need to be moved at the same time as your email for you to be able to continue accessing them. We are arranging the upgrade around groups of people who share resources to try and minimise the disruption.
