​Mail Merge

1. To set-up a mail merge, select the following


2. Select the appropriate option that your mail merge requires e.g. Letters, Labels


3. Next, locate your address list by selecting Browse


4. Next select Address Block

5. Select the appropiate format you would prefer your recipients names to be displayed


6. Before printing you can preview each of your letters, labels etc


7. When your ready to print your letters, select Complete the merge followed by Print
