Outlook For Mac
1. Select Outlook from the Menu Bar and then Preferences. In the popup Window that appears choose the Account option.
2. Select Exchange or Office 365.
3. You will be prompted to enter account information; enter the following account information (see settings and screenshot below) and select Add Account.
Email||Your Cardiff Met email address e.g. firstname.lastname@example.org|
User Name and Password|
Username||Username is your Cardiff Met email e.g. email@example.com|
Password||Your Cardiff Met network password|
Selected / Checked|
4. You will be prompted to allow Outlook.com to configure your account. Ensure that "Always use this response for this server" is checked and Select Allow
