Cache Mode

 1. In Outlook click the File tab in the top left of your screen

2. Click Info on the left side bar, then Account Settings and Account Settings again


3. Make sure E-mail tab is selected at the top of the window. Ensure your cardiffmet account is selected then click Change

4. Put a tick in the Use Cached Exchange Mode box and adjust slider to required timeframe

5. Click Finish to complete
