Learn how to work effectively as a member of a digital team and make full use of the communication and collaboration tools in Microsoft Teams and Office 365. Successful completion of the full course leads to the Digital Collaboration with Microsoft Teams and Office 365 digital badge and certificate.
This course explores how Microsoft Teams and Office 365 can be used to improve communication and collaboration for
your team - whether it is a project group, a student cohort or a group of colleagues.
The course consists of three mandatory training sessions, an assessment and optional sessions for those who teach using Teams. Estimated learning time: 5–7 hours.
The mandatory sessions are:
- An Introduction to Teams
- Teams for Learning and Working Remotely
- Using Office 365 apps with Teams
The course runs three times a year: in the Autumn, Spring and Summer terms.
